African Henges

    Even though the rain came down as hard as it could on this day that didn't stop me from shooting.... My Mother always said that I was the most persistent out of all of her children. So here is what I wanted to photograph........

 

Simple and Usual

I always recommend wardrobe pieces that will give you a boost out the door.....and this jumper was one of those pieces added with a touch of comfort.

As I Wait......

  I once waited for spring to bloom and now since fall is right around the corner I guess I have no choice but to prepare myself for what is yet to come.......

 The shoes compliment the bag, not by color but by what they both consist of which is leather and canvas. The tights add more of a balance between the blazer, knitted tank and the bag. While the shoes and the bag match in textures, the blazer and the tank match in color and the glasses pairs itself with everything this outfit consist of.

What can I say? I think that every women should feel like a goddess no matter what she is wearing. This long maxi dress gave me all of the right reasons to flaunt this printed number around on this day..

  Prints seem to be making their way back into the fashion scene especially when it is involving the bottom portion of your body. You can find enlarged prints in harem pants, dresses, flared pants and in maxi skirts as shown in the photos below. It is pretty o.k. to be bold and make a statement with exotic colors but you just have to know your limit. I have always adored the maxi skirts because they allow you to move freely and still maintain sexiness but in a more modest type of way and adding other colors to the mix can be very fun to look at especially when the colors compliment each other. While wearing this outfit to work people just seem to enjoy to admire the colors and how they were arranged.. One women stop me and said that this outfit was a work of art...."It truly reminds me of art" she stated.
