Whenever I'm close to feeling this discomfort, I always close my eyes and let out a sigh and tell myself to "Paint Me a Picture" a picture so opposite, from the pain and discomfort of what I've been feeling before. If building a better image in my head escapes the hardships, then I'm pretty much on my way to a building a new frame of mind.

Paint Me a Picture
I'm pretty sure alot of you experience the burden of walking underneath a dark cloud in the mist of hard times when you feel as if everything else is working against you. In a sense, that no matter what you do, who you talk to, or where you run...that tight feeling of discomfort and anxiety comes to do it's job and tries to eat at you...It's as if it never clocks out from the the work that it's here to do...
